Patrick Lai is a solicitor of Holzworth Legal. Patrick was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and he is also registered as a migration agent of the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
Patrick has a solid background on a broad range of equity fundraising exercises in Hong Kong including initial public offering, subsequent issues of securities, secondary listings and spin-offs, and various aspects of mergers and acquisitions including private equity transactions.
Patrick’s main area of practice is Immigration and Corporate Law, he advises a culturally diverse client base with a strong client service focus.
Patrick enjoys supporting the local community by volunteering as a Justice of the Peace (Qualified) in the “JP in the Community” Programme.
Patrick speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
