Mathew Cuskelly is an experienced Brisbane-based lawyer with over two decades of public and private sector legal and investigative experience. At Holzworth, Mathew focuses on resolving complex ATO tax disputes and audits, NDIS appeals and investigations, and corporate and regulatory law matters.

Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is also a registered private investigator, bringing a unique investigative lens to legal problem-solving. Prior to founding MPO Legal, Mathew held senior roles with the Australian Tax Office, National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), and the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland, regularly appearing before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Court.
