For some time now adverts have been popping up on all my social media platforms about purchasing investment property with my Super. Intrigued, I would sometimes click on the ad to find out more information. However, none of these ads would just give you general information as to what is required or what the process is, instead they would start to ask lots of questions and retrieve lots of information about you first. I would always abandon my inquiry for fear of it being an online scam, and Super is too important to risk. I eventually decided to contact someone to find out the information I was looking for. I contacted Ebony from Holzworth Partners who was able to give me a brief explanation about how it works and the process required. She then arranged for a phone meeting with Mark Holzworth (director), who was able to explain things in greater detail and answer any questions. Being satisfied with the information I received, knowing that Holzworth Partners was a legitimate and trustworthy organisation and being in a position to purchase, I decided to move forward. Holzworth Partners have a team member supporting you through every step of the process, from the Directors, accountants, financial advisors, legal team, buyers agents and administration. Each department has a role to play and each have the skills and qualifications necessary for their role. I was kept in constant communication through the entire process and I was always made to feel welcome to ask any question or clarification on any matter, I could email or call directly at anytime and my concerns were always answered.
