Marshall is an Aged Care Specialist with more than a decade of hands‑on experience supporting Australians and their families through the complexities of health, ageing, and care planning. Having spent over 10 years on the frontline of healthcare, he brings a unique blend of clinical insight, compassion, and practical problem‑solving to every conversation. His background working directly with mature-aged Australians has allowed him to recognise the medical, emotional, and logistical challenges that arise as health needs change — and to guide families with clarity and empathy.
Having undertaken and achieved Accreditation in Aged Care Advice, Marshall is partnered with the dedicated Financial Advisory team at Holzworth Partners helping clients navigate the financial aspects of the aged care system with confidence. From understanding assessments and Centrelink entitlements to comparing care options and planning the financial implications, he ensures families make well‑informed decisions that are both compassionate and financially sustainable. His goal is simple: to provide peace of mind during one of life’s most challenging transitions. This includes maximising government support and minimising the individual’s costs contributions to care.
In addition to his Accreditation in Aged Care, Marshall’s academic credentials include Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biology and Radiation Therapy.
